Mission
The 19th Army Corps is a new formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, created to combine experience, discipline and modern approaches to warfare. Our mission is to ensure the coordinated work of units on all fronts, implement NATO standards in command, logistics and training, as well as to strengthen defense and conduct offensive operations where it is most needed. We do not just coordinate forces - we build a single system, where each soldier becomes part of a powerful structure capable of changing the course of war. The corps symbolizes a new stage in the development of the army: from a separate unit to a holistic force that combines brigades, logistics and medical services to achieve victory for Ukraine.
Task
Our tasks are aimed at creating an effective and resilient army, ready for the challenges of modern warfare. Key areas:
- Coordination and managementCombining combat, logistics, and medical units for rapid response to threats, with an emphasis on analytics, intelligence, and technology (e.g., UAV control).
- Strengthening defense and offenseHolding positions, patrolling, gathering intelligence, and adjusting fire to protect the front and advance.
- Logistics and supportTransportation of resources, equipment repairs, and medical support to ensure continuity of operations in challenging conditions.
- Training and developmentConducting basic training (6-8 weeks according to NATO standards), improving skills, and preserving the lives and safety of soldiers.
